SEASONED AGENT VETERANS
Residential Sales under 300k=$199 per transaction. Residential Sales 300k or over, land and commercial deals are on a 95/5 split ($500 minimum to Ellmaker), $60 per residential lease.
Private office suites available for additional fee, all Agents have access to our conference room.
