Commission breakdown for Agents:
Residential sales of $299,999 and below, a transaction fee of $250 is to be paid to Ellmaker Realty.
Residential Sales of $300,000 and above, a transaction fee of 5% or $500, whichever is greater, of Contractor’s total commission is to be paid to Ellmaker Realty.
On residential lease transactions, a fee of $70 is to be paid to Ellmaker Realty.
For all commercial, farm and ranch, and land transactions, a transaction fee of 5% or $500, whichever is greater, of Contractor’s total commission is to be paid to Ellmaker Realty.
For all referrals made by Contractors, a transaction fee of 5% or $150, whichever is greater, of Contractor’s total commission is to be paid to Ellmaker Realty.
All Agents are required to pay a $299/yr fee to Ellmaker Realty.
